Dolce Gusto – UX/UI Designer | Ogilvy
For many years I supervised projects from NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto. Besides design improvements and campaigns for their multinational e-commerce stores. I accompanied two major digital projects: A modular international app concept and an international loyalty program. Being part of a small two person design team, we developed the concept and design for both project with constantly changing requirements and timeframes.
Part of the modular app concept was the integration of the first connected coffee machine Esperta. Especially changes in the technical assembly of the device needed to be addressed with fast and reliable design adjustments. Combined with continuously changing requirements from different markets.
Live since mid 2018 the app can be downloaded with a different setup in many countries.
Dolce Gusto Premio
To launch Premio, the loyalty program of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto, we created the branding fitting inside the holding company. We did concept and design of the market integration, app and whitelabel shop solution.
